Production area This Pinot Grigio Riserva has a distinct and refined body due to the fermentation of part of the wine in barrels. It is made from grapes grown in the vineyards in one of the most suited areas for this vine called Zablani, which lies north-east of Mezzocorona and is characterised by watery soils boasting good drainage.

Vinification Part (40%) is fermented in stainless steel tanks and the remainder (60%) fermented in small oak barrels, in order to obtain a delicate presence of the oak in the fruity notes of the grape variety. After fermentation, the wine remains in oak barrels. The quantity of wine fermented in steel is put together with the part of wine fermented in barriques to obtain a product which has typical notes of vanilla and ripe fruit, but also holds that freshness and those aromas typical of Trentino Pinot Grigio.
