Ingredients

(2 people)

1 medium-ripe avocado
Misticanza salad or spinach
2 hard-boiled eggs
150 g smoked salmon
Lime juice
EVO oil
Sesame seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
As the first warm weather sets in, the desire for light, fresh dishes returns. We suggest a nice, tasty salad of salmon and avocado, accompanied by a few slices of brown bread.
The key to this recipe: speed, taste and... pinot grigio!

Preparation

Peel and halve the avocado, remove the stone and slice it thinly. Place the salad on a serving plate and arrange the avocado slices, sliced hard-boiled eggs and smoked salmon strips on top. Season with sesame seeds, salt, pepper, lime juice, olive oil and possibly other spices to taste.
Accompany with an excellent glass of our Pinot Grigio
