This enticing white blend is produced with Chardonnay, Müller Thurgau, and Pinot Blanc grapes carefully hand-picked from our sunny hillside vineyards located between 250 and 550 m asl. It is a modern, pleasantly aromatic wine that showcases a refreshing alpine profile.
Nose: rich and complex; expresses aromas of citrus, white pepper, herbs and a delicate note of dried fruit due to aging in wood.
Flavour: Its elegance and excellent balance rest on a fine, important structure and refined texture, giving it a unique character. Its exceptional persistence not only describes a simple pleasantness, but above all represents the characteristic expression of our hills.

Vinification
The grapes are all harvested by hand and placed in small containers to keep them intact; once the grapes arrive at the winery they are immediately subjected to a soft pressing. Subsequent vinification takes place in small temperature-controlled steel containers and large wooden barrels, without malolactic fermentation.
The wine matures in their respective containers to best preserve its fruit and aromas for about 7-8 months. This cuvée is fresh, fruity and smooth
