Production area
This wine is produced on small vineyards on clay-limestone soils. A well ventilated area to prevent health problems and allow the grapes to achieve a perfect level of aromatic maturation and sugar content.

Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand very late on after a natural drying on the vine and, after destemming, undergo traditional vinification with the addition of selected yeasts at a temperature of 22-24°C for a few days. Then with the use of cold, the fermentation process is naturally stopped with the consequent preservation of the desired residual sugar. This is followed by harvesting only the flower wine without pressing the marcs. This is followed by storage in steel.

The name comes from a dialect term meaning "for good". We use it to wish you a good end to a meal!
With a good balance between sweetness and acidity, it is harmonious in the mouth and surprises with an elegant, velvety finish.
