Predominantly cultivated on picturesque mid-high altitude slopes, characterized by a complex system of dry-stone terraces and soils of porphyric origin.
Straw-yellow with green hues. Mineral, fresh, and well-balanced, it features notes of thyme and sage, followed by white melon, peach, and lily of the valley. On the palate, it is elegant with a medium body and a long-lasting finish, thanks to its balanced acidity.
Pairings: ideal throughout the meal, this wine pairs remarkably well with raw and cooked fish and shellfish, fresh cheeses, Mediterranean salads, vegetable-based first courses and white meats dishes seasoned with aromatic herbs.

Vinification and Characteristics
The hand-picked and carefully selected grapes undergo soft pressing and traditional white vinification, including brief skin contact, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation.
