Müller Thurgau

Trentino DOC
Production area Predominantly cultivated on picturesque mid-high altitude slopes, characterized by a complex system of dry-stone terraces and soils of porphyric origin.
Grapes Müller Thurgau
Vinification and Characteristics The hand-picked and carefully selected grapes undergo soft pressing and traditional white vinification, including brief skin contact, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation. This process ensures the preservation of the grapes’ unique characteristics.

Straw-yellow with green hues. Mineral, fresh, and well-balanced, it features notes of thyme and sage, followed by white melon, peach, and lily of the valley. On the palate, it is elegant with a medium body and a long-lasting finish, thanks to its balanced acidity.

Pairings: ideal throughout the meal, this wine pairs remarkably well with raw and cooked fish and shellfish, fresh cheeses, Mediterranean salads, vegetable-based first courses and white meats dishes seasoned with aromatic herbs.
Alcohol content 12%
Serving temperature 10-12°C

Born from the expertise of Swiss winemaker Herman Müller in the late 1800s

this grape variety reveals a bold, mineral character here in Trentino, thanks to the mountain climate that imparts strength and balance and to the porphyric soils that lend a subtle, saline touch on the palate.
