Traditional white vinificationwith a brief contact on the skins to ensurethe transfer of the grape’s aromas andcharacteristics to the wine, followed by atemperature-controlled fermentation ataround 16-18°C (61-64°F).
This wine is characterizedby a straw-yellow color. It shows notes ofpepper, elderberry, gooseberry, asparagusand tomato leaf. Fresh and slightlysour.
Ideal with rich dishes such assmoked and grilled fish, white meats, polentadishes, mid-seasoned cheeses.
