Mezzacorona grows thisvariety exclusively in Piana Rotaliana, incarefully selected areas, where the climateis cooler and gives fruity aromas.

Vinification

After pressing, the juice is cooledand sent to the wine tank. Then, thepink-colored must with purple reflectionsis fermented at a controlled temperatureof 18-20°C (64-68°F).

Characteristics

This dry, fresh and fragrantwine shows a light pink color. Its aroma isintense and fruity with notes of strawberryand raspberry.

Pairings

Great as an aperitif, it pairs wellwith fish appetizers, light first courses andwhite meats.
