400 g. chicken breast.(to slice)
Extra virgin olive oil
Wash and dry the valerian and place in a large salad bowl. Mix up the aromatic herbs and place on a shallow plate adding a little oil and a pinch of salt. Roll the chicken breasts in this aromatic oil and grill in a pan on both sides until golden. Leave the chicken to cool, cut into slices and place into the bowl with the valerian salad. Dress with two tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of salt.
