Ingredients350g. spaghetti
150g. bacon
100g.sheep's cheese pecorino
4 egg yolks
Salt and pepper as required
PreparationBring a large pan of slighlty salted water to the boil. Meanwhile slice the bacon into strips and cook in a frying pan until the fat becomes white and slightly crispy. Beat the egg yolks in a bowl and add the pecorino and ground pepper. Cook the spaghetti whilst you add the bacon to the egg mix. When the spaghetti is ready,drain it and pour it into the bowl of egg and meat and mix well all together. Serve straight away,sprinkle with more pecorino and ground black pepper.
