We grow this variety of grapes on the hills around Ala, a municipality in Trentino at the end of Val di Ronchi in Vallagarina.

Characteristics
Ruby red colour, extremely decisive. The aromas are intense and embrace all the fruits of the undergrowth, including jams and morello cherries in liqueur. A pleasing mouthfeel, soft with delicate tannins, in keeping with the aromas and with good persistence.

An indigenous variety form lower Vallagarina, Marzemino grows where the minerality of the soil, the unusual plains and the climate softened by the winds from the lake, make it frank and fragrant.
The wine it produces has a friendly, fruity and pleasantly rustic style.
