Made only in remarkable vintages from hand selected grapes, this wine is aged for two years in oak. This Riserva is produced only in the best vintages from manually harvested grapes of the best Piana Rotaliana vineyards.
Pressing with separation of the stems. Maceration of the skins with frequent repassing of the must. Fermentation at controlled temperature of 25 °C.
A wine with intense fruitiness and a soft, broad structure.
Ideal with stews, roasted red meats and mature cheeses. Use it to cook an excellent Teroldego risotto and then savour!
