Chardonnay Riserva is the result of a selection of grapes from the best vineyards cultivated on the slopes of our Trentino mountains at an altitude ranging from 250 to 500 m a.s.l..
The skillful blend of wines obtained from vineyards located at various altitudes and with different exposures results in a wine that is rich but fresh. The grapes, harvested in September, are in part cold-soaked to increase the extraction of aromas and then softly pressed. The must is fermented with the addition of selected yeasts, a part in steel vats and another in mildly toasted French oak barriques. The wines are left to age in wood and in steel.
Ideal with fish or white meat dishes and mature cheeses.
