Vinification
Vinifiedfrom estate grapes sustainably grown on the Alpine hills along the Adige river Vineyards have altitudesbetween 200 and 500 meters above sea level After hand harvest and soft pressing, we practice traditional whitewine vinification with brief contact on the skins, to ensure the full transfer of the grape’s aromas andcharacteristics to the wine in a natural way This process is followed by a controlled fermentation at lowtemperature in stainless steel tank, to preserve the wine’s freshness
