This international red grape variety is famous for its unmistakable suppleness. Exclusive estate production fromvineyards located in the most suitable areas around Arco, a tiny village overseen by a gorgeous castle, locatedjust north of the Garda Lake. Thanks to the unique features of this terroir, Castel Pietra Cabernet Sauvignon is anelegant wine of great character with pleasant berry notes.
Vinified from grapes of our own production, hand harvested and soft pressed. We practice a traditional redvinification with maceration of the skins for about a week, temperature controlled fermentation at 20 22 C,with fining in oak barrels lasting 6 8 months.
