Traditional vinification, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18°C (65°F) and then matured in stainless steel tanks for 4 months.
This wine presents a straw yellow color with green reflections. It has a fragrant and fruity bouquet with delicate notes of chamomile flowers and acacia and a moderate acidity.
Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with appetizers, withe meats and fish.
