Mezzacorona cultivates this variety in the north area among Lake Garda, in Trentino.
Traditional red vinification with maceration of the skins for a 6-7 day period, temperature controlled fermentation at 26-28°C (79-82°F), short refinement in oak barrels for 6-8 months.
Wine with garnet red and intense profume, with a mixture of ripe fruits and a hint of oak. Dry, complex and well-structured.
Complex and well-structured, it pairs well with red meats, cheeses and flavourful soups.
