Vinification
Traditional white vinification with a brief contact on the skins to ensure the transfer of the grape’s aromas and characteristics to the wine, followed by a controlled fermentation at low temperature. (16-18°C/61-64°F)
Characteristics
Wine with straw-yellow color with gold reflections. It has an intense profume, with with wild-flowers notes, especially of dog-rose, and fruits such as mango and red currants. It is dry, pleasing, with moderate acidity.
Pairings
Perfect complement to seafood, asparagus, first course dishes and cheeses.
