PRODUCTION AREA
Trentino - northern area of Lake Garda at the foothills of the Dolomites.


CHARACTERISTICS
Traditional white wine vinification at controlled temperatures of around 18-20°C.
Intense nose of tropical fruit with notes of nutmeg and cinnamon. A pleasing balance of subtle sweetness and tannins.


ALCOHOL LEVEL: 11.5%

PAIRINGS
Great as an aperitif. Pairs well sweet soups like pumpkin, potato or carrot, white meats with rich sauces and fruit desserts.
