1600 ft).

CHARACTERISTICS
Traditional vinification of white wine at controlled
temperatures of around 18-20°C; straw-yellow
in color, pleasant fragrance, fruity, fine, distinctive,
dry flavor, harmonic, lightly aromatic.

ALCOHOL LEVEL: 12.5%

PAIRINGS
Appetizers, soups, vegetables, fish.
Excellent as an apéritif.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 50-54°F
