  Trentino - Arco (north of Lake of Garda).

• CHARACTERISTICS

  Traditional red wine vinification at controlled temperatures of around 25°C; briefly refined in wood, ruby red in color, intense bouquet, complex with vanilla notes characteristic of the refinement in wood, dry flavor, lightly tannic, full-body.

• ALCOHOL CONTENT 13%

• PAIRINGS

  Roasts, red meats, game and seasoned cheeses.

• SERVING TEMPERATURE 61-64° C
