Production area
Novello is made from Teroldogo grapes. This variety is grown exclusively on Trentino's Rotaliana Plain.
Vinification
Carbonic maceration of grape bunches for 6-7 days at 27° C followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature of 20° C.
Characteristics
This wine presents a rubin red colour with purple reflections load.Aroma is intense with hints of wild berries.The palate is dry, fruity and soft.
Pairings
Ideal with light and flavourful dishes like grilled and cured meats . It is tipically combined with chestnut.
