The winery is used for collecting the grapes produced by the 1.300 growers and for vinifying the grapes according to the company’s 100% single varietal philosophy. Vinification occurs in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The whole process is constantly looked over by the team of oenologists which manages the fermentation and organic evolution, the pumping over and the ageing of the wine.
